Another popular Far Breton pastry is the Spiced Sugar Bun. Developed from the original "Ovens of Brittany" formula, our petite pastry is made with swirls of cinnamon and brown sugar insided croissant dough. While still warm from the oven, we toss the buns in lightly spiced sugar, which has vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove and allspice. Classic deliciousness!
