Hands-On European Cookie Workshops

Join Far Breton Bakery’s interactive classes designed to deepen your baking skills. Each session combines detailed technique discussions with guided hands-on baking, culminating in tasting and taking home a generous tin of freshly made cookies.

Level 1: European Cookie Workshop

Saturdays: October 11th, October 18th, October 25th, 10 am to 2 pm


Learning about baking concepts, in depth discussion, assisted participation, production & sampling Russian Tea Cakes, Dutch Speculaas, Italian Amaretti, Breton Trao Mad, French Langues-de-chat.


Each participant will take home a large tin of cookies

Level 2: Advanced European Cookie Workshop

Saturdays: November 1, November 8, 10 am to 2 pm


Requirements: past participant in Level 1 workshop


Advanced technique discussion, demonstration, participation, production & sampling


Each participant will go home with large tin of produced cookies

French Ladyfingers, Austrian linzer, Italian Florentines, French Palmiers.


$200/person

Level 3: Macaron Cookie Workshop

Saturday November 15th, 10am to 2pm


Requirements: past participant in Level 2 workshop

Advanced technique discussion, demonstration, participation, production & sampling.


Each participant will go home with large tin of produced cookies
