New Year, New Bakery?! Still in the planning stages, but will be joining the North-side Farmer's Market this spring and bringing back all the classics:
- plain, filled, and chocolate croissants
- open-faced sweet and savory galettes
- seasonal drop scones
- assorted seasonal inspired bakery
And Far Breton Bakery will have a new line of bakery products, using the naturally gluten free grain of Brittany, France: buckwheat.
- carrot pineapple mini cakes made with buckwheat flour
- cinnamon-buckwheat canelle
- rustic buckwheat sourdough breads
